Important Update: Simplified Customs Process for our US Customers

Dear Valued Customer,

To improve your shipping experience and eliminate unexpected costs, we have officially updated our customs procedure. We noticed that many customers were receiving unexpected clearing fees (minimum US$ 15) from couriers on top of standard import duties.

To solve this, we have moved to an Advance Customs model.

New Policy: Fixed Advance Duties

Effective May 4, 2026, we now collect a fixed estimation for customs duties at the time of purchase.

• No More Clearing Fees: The courier’s customs handling and clearing fees will no longer apply to your shipments. Saving of US$ 15 per package.
• WPG Absorbs the Risk: If the actual duties end up being higher than our estimate, we cover the difference. We will never ask you for additional payment once your order is placed.

Important: Shipments Made BEFORE May 4, 2026

Please be advised that these changes are not retroactive.

This new system does not apply to shipments made before May 4, 2026. For these earlier orders, customers remain responsible for all import duties, taxes, and the minimum US$ 15 clearing fee. Please do not contact us to follow up on charges for shipments made before May 4, as these fall under our previous terms and conditions.

Shipments Made AFTER May 4, 2026

If you receive a bill from FedEx for handling or clearing fees for a shipment dispatched on or after May 4, please let us know immediately. Since we are now paying FedEx these charges in advance, we will contact them directly to resolve the billing error on your behalf.
