Rhodesian Camo SAS Lightweight Trousers

The trousers are made from a lightweight fabric, the same material used for the matching shirts. This material is comfortable and airy, making them suitable for hot climates. It also dries quickly, which is useful for rain or stream crossings. The fabric is soft and comfortable right out of the package.

These trousers are not designed to fit over other shorts or trousers. They have a slimmer cut and are form-fitting, making them unsuitable for layering. If you intend to wear them over other garments, you will need to size up significantly.

Washing in cold water and tumble drying on low heat results in minimal shrinkage. Some shrinkage can occur in the waist, and the thigh and seat areas may tighten slightly. This can reduce the comfortable range of motion, especially when kneeling.

The leg openings include strings for tightening them. This feature helps to prevent the legs from getting under the soles of shoes. The trousers may come a bit long, but the leg strings allow for adjustment.

The trousers are generally well-made with good quality construction. However, some trousers have minor quality control issues, such as a missing buttonhole on a leg pocket. The stitching on the buttons can be loose, and some buttons may fall off after the first wash.
