It is not often that I encounter customer service which surpasses my expectations. My enlisted mans wool set was awesome in color ,texture ,etc.,and it made it from Dubai to Pennsylvania in only 4 days ! I had unfortunately ordered a shirt which was too small. After following the return process, I sent back the shirt, and in no time I received a pleasant notice that my shirt had been received and that a larger one would be shipped soon. It arrived in only 4 days ,and it is perfect.Thanks so much for great products and service !
