I have had originals......aside from this bag being brand new....can not see a difference between them....zippers work great(I use a rawhide boot lace as pullers). This bag even had the -1 at the end of the numbers on the side, which is correct for the snap fastest flap on the top.....just soak this bag in water....let it air dry....you will have the broken in feel right away....Cheers!
