I bought this shirt, including the officer's version for daily wear as I love the sharp military look. Fantastic quality as good to the original if not better. The fit is just as indicated. I'm 5'8 @ 160 lbs, I chose size 42, and it fits just right. Well worth the cost.

there is no indication of dimensions / fit apart for chest size.
they seem to run a bit large perhaps.
I wear a 44 long, dress shirt size 16.5 x 35
I ordered a size 44 but the neck fit like a 17.5 so I exchanged for a size 42
