Arrived in great condition. As advised by others go one size down. I normally wear a 7 3/8 and went with a 7 1/4 and fits just right.

Received in good condition, soft bag. I ordered size too large, I find my head size 57 cm in stead of 7 3/8 (59cm) plan to return for smaller size.

Yes, it was received. It is a very quality cap, I am surprised how much it is exactly like my original, down to the smallest detail. Only difference is my original has a clear heavy plastic protector on the inside top.

Sizing: I suspect I'm in a small crowd that actually knows their measured hat size. Mine is 7 5/8, which I ordered. I eventually ended up with a 7 3/8 which is a tad snug, so I'd recommend you start 1/8 smaller than your normal size. There is no hat band to sneak hat sizer into, so you can't go large.
Deducted one star because the hat was shipped in a box with the bill flipped up. It does not ruin the cap, but it does take about 20 minutes of steaming to reshape it.
